I'm saying that exploiting a glitch to your advantage is technically considering cheating. I'm saying that historically, Bungie has banned players for exploiting glitches to gain an advantage over others.

Re-think what you are saying, using a gun that is broken will not get anyone banned. The only thing Bungie has banned for is the heavy glitch and they banned people back in the day for exploiting the XP glitch in Reach which was completely different then the issue with TLW. Even if the ADS wasn't glitched I would and many other players would still use the gun. In fact most of the time I do not even Aim down the sight and still kill people in a second with the gun. The issue with the guns power does need to be addressed but no one will get banned over this.
