The snow elves were my favorite bit of lore. Was really hoping to get a playable race in Skyrim or a later game but they went and made them extinct. So sad.

Maybe in a future timeline (like 500-1000 years after Skyrim) that one surviving Snow Elf would have mated with High Elves to create a similar race. Here's hoping
