I rarely ever see Warlocks use blink the way Hunters do. But then again, that's not a problem with the class, it's a problem with the way people like to play it. It's also a problem with the shotguns. For how much special ammo is just lying around the crucible arenas all the time, shotguns are way too powerful and they encourage people to use those lame tactics centered around getting close to your enemy and oneshotting them. That's a whole different can of worms though.
