I'm voting in for the croc on this one. Crocodiles do not age, so the croc will outlive the shark. Combat ability doesn't matter, as these animals never really run into each other.

Your talking about the top 2 animals that havent changed throughout history because they were already at the peak of their respective food chains. Its truly a battle of gods. If only there was live footage of this fight.
