Rahool ALWAYS gives Chuck Norris exotics for EVERY engram, no matter what color... even greys... he's afraid NOT to... (which is why Rahool has so few good weapons & armor to give the other 10 million guardians... so if he gives you green weapons for purple engrams, you'll have to take it up with Chuck yourself... good luck with that)
