Cattle - have tried all troubleshooting steps

Hey there fellow gamers, let me let you guys in on a little somthing.... I purchased an Xbox One console last night, and have been having this 'cattle' issue with Destiny ever since. All my other games work just fine online, and I am having no issues whatsoever with my router or my internet connection. I have done all of my research on this specific error through both Bungie.net and other online resources. I have completed all troubleshooting steps that have been recommended, twice, and have set up a static IP address on my Xbox One and forwarded all necessary ports. I confirmed this by watching my NAT go from 'Moderate' to 'Open'. Issue still persists. I've run out of troubleshooting steps, and at this point it seems like an issue with Destiny servers. Yet, I cannot seem to find any concrete answers here. One thing to note also, is that the error is consistent. There is no caterpillar/cattle issues, this cattle error has been consistent the whole time. Any help or guidance on this issue would be much appreciated, as this is a fresh off-the-shelf console in which I bought almost specifically for Destiny. C'mon Bungie. Thanks, Chase
