It allows for the guns maximum fire rate to be utilised with no effort. I've slammed the trigger on scouts with a high fire rate (looking at you b-line trauma) and it glitches out or jams sometimes between shots

Well what's the point of constantly pressing the trigger for a semi-automatic weapon then if the rate of fire is pre-determined? You may as well use full auto because the faster you pull the trigger the more detrimental it becomes to the weapons handling. An argument against why people like that perk is stupid - if there is no advantage to rapidly pressing the trigger, then you may as well only do it once.

Again - if there's no advantage gained from rapidly pressing the trigger, then one may as well only press it once. The perks on the fang aren't anything special anyway, and on scouts, no perk is going to be dramatically advantageous to the player. The only perks I see as being extremely useful are perfect balance (which doesn't even roll in the full auto slot) and firefly (which also doesn't roll in the full auto slot but is only great for pve; deeming it sub-par for pvp gameplay)
