every so often the gunsmith sells them. just check with him and nab them when they're for sale.

^ what he said :3 and hey, at least you didn't do what i did -- i had stockpiled about nine or so in my vault and then got irritated that i hadn't gotten the exotic bounty, so i went ahead and scrapped about seven to clear up space in my vault... and not half an hour later, i turned in a few bounties and guess what i got? :(
