I'd say Leader. But like & respect don't have to go hand & hand. I'd say I'm more respected for leadership skill & knowledge.. But I can be an asshole about it sometimes, so like maybe out of the picture in some LFG scenarios lol. Most of the time I'm pretty easy to get along with though;)
