Well, for the arm, I was thinking something like a long knife or blade that can pop out on the bottom of the forearm, and a small tranquilizer gun that pops out on the top. That and advanced target acquisition for the eye. Maybe radar?

Of course it is. How else am I going to calibrate your optic nerve to detect the echo location involved in Radar? Now hold still, this is where you might pass out. *injects nano tubes into optic nerves, then replaces iris with auto locking and target acquisition system*
