Canon Only, Presence and TOAA are out.
Who would win in an all out fight?

The instant the comparison (necessary to determine victor) begins both sides recognize imperfection is equally present in both and the necessary compensation results in both sides combining. creating a better universe than either had been and then the transformation of both into equal quality to the better universe, then combine with the better universe.
