Since the PVP tag is there I say absolutely not. If it were for PVE only then yes. Sticky grenades are a 1 shot kill and should only be rewarded to those who land it on their target.

Very little tracking, you have to throw it very close to your target for it to track. Compare warlocks voidwalker axion bolts to sunsingers fusion grenade. Axion will actually follow enemies for quite a distance. Fusuion grenades will only attach to target if you throw it directly on them or very close to them.
