Pvp maybe if somethings got awesome perks......but why would i use any rare gun when i have multiple legendarys....burns to choose from? Because it has a cool name, or skin....no thanks. not for me

PvP: It feels really good taking down Thorns or Red Deaths with a rare weapon. PvE: Usability. If I'm up on top of a high area, looking over the map and sniping dregs, I will use a scout rifle with shoot to loot. Because I am not wasting 30-45 seconds by running down a mountain just to get some ammo. And the fact that not many people will have the gun, it doesn't matter if you use it or not.

No one has them because they have no use...they arent special or rare....everyone just dismantles them. Yes as i said i have a blue scout with shoot to loot also.....not keeping useless rares just to look at in the vault
