Seems to be a little confusion. Radiant Energy levels up CE Raid weapons. Radiant Shards level up CE Raid armor. You say she takes the shard, glimmer & Black Wax Idol and you don't get anything.

In the video you are EXCHANGING 1 Radiant Shard for 1 Radiant Energy, then EXCHANGING that 1 Radiant Energy back for 1 Radiant Shard. This costs 500 Glimmer and 1 Black Wax Idol each time. As Spawn posted you CAN'T BUY any Radiant Materials. You can only EXCHANGE one type for the other.

Yes it does you see in the vid it says you have 2 Radiant Shards, you EXCHANGE 1 for 1 Radiant Energy. It then shows the # left is 1. Then it shows you have 1 Radiant Energy and you EXCHANGE it back for 1 Radiant Shard. Then you see in your inventory you have 2 Radiant Shards. Don't know how much clearer it could be. You can't buy Radiant Materials, only exchange 1 type for the other. If you go to Eris with 2 Radiant Mats. you can only leave with 2 Radiant Mats. You can only get more Radiant Mats from doing Crota's End Raid or breaking down CE Raid weapons & armor. You are just wasting Glimmer and Black Wax Idols each time you swap back and forth.
