So I was in the tower a couple of minutes ago to turn in some night bounties. I go to Cryptarch because I had picked up a rare primary engram. I decide to quickly decode it and dismantle for the parts. To my surprise, RNG gives me a VENATION III with the following perks - Outlaw - Perfect Balance, Single Point Sling, Field Scout - Crowd Control I feel like really lucky right now! Thanks RNG for cutting me a break. What perk do you guys recommend? Anyone else get anything get something really good from a rare engram lately?
