Titans take a little bit of skill the only reason the seem so cool is because there perks and the reason I say little skill is because unlike the hunter class titans don't have to do anything to activate a skill just punch one enemy and everything else you punch gives you orbs for hunters it's about being a precision shooter and actually takes skill to be a hunter

Ok. Though Titans actually take more skill than you think. I have around 450+ hours on my Titan and I know it takes skill. Just like the other classes. Screw up placing the Fist of Havoc and you'll probably die while standing back up.
