This is why I think they are holding off on the vote kick idea.. Think about this happening; 2 good irl friends are playing together in the matchmaking- but they happen to be real dicks. They could potentially vote to kick the 3rd guy - seconds before the mission is completed. Think of how pissed you would be? If they add a vote to kick.. it should only be available up to the point of fighting the final boss. Or on a 5 minute timer. To give you time to kick AFK peeps..
