Officially enlisted in the U.S Military.
I was wanting to see if I can get some words of encouragement from either current active duty soldiers or even some veterans. I'm 17 and I felt I was obligated to serve my country because this country has done nothing but great things for me. So I thought I would return the favor. I plan to be in active duty for at least 4 years and use my GI bill while in the service and use it when I get out so that I could be able to reach U.S History for HighSchool. And people. Let's not talk crap about the different branches. Act civil. Please.

24 回复Everyone shut the hell up. I bet 95% of you dont know a damn thing about the military, and what goes on in the line of combat. Being an ex marine, i know what its like to be in combat. I have seen some shit you guys would not believe. This man is risking his life for [b]YOU.[/b] All of you putting him down and that this is a pawn. The military is not a bunch of search and destroys. You want to sit in a room in the middle of Pakistan with a Barret 50. Cal for four days, making sure no one passes a gas station sign. Please, unless you have been in the military or any line of duty, shut the -blam!- up.
