What if you are a noob and want to play Crucible? You have to pick a weapon that takes "skill" and get completely dominated, never learning the mechanics of the game. Noobs use ARs, and when they get better, graduate to scouts or something else that suits their tastes. You are just mad that a Noob can occasionally get a kill on a skilled player but, if you are truly skilled, this will make no difference in the outcome of the game. Overall, if you lose to a Noob, regardless of the weapon they use, you aren't as skilled as you think you are.

Noob weapon still needs to be competitive, otherwise it's not a very good noob weapon.
