Its like kickstarter but you get money per update

Oh! No, but I'm 99.9% certain that I can't accept any money for doing a project based on something like Destiny. They own everything concerned with it. Same for that Halo novel I liked. It'd have been nice to get paid for that but... lol unless the company holding the IP gives their blessing, everything I write has zero monetary value. I'm cool with that, though. For now.

Patreon people do. Name it something like "baking a cake, help fund the ingredients", but we'll all know what it really is.
