Sounds like you're stuck using an exotic helmet if you want to stay 32 until iron banner sells one. Why wouldn't you just finish the raid smh....

IB only ever sells two items that will get you to top level, and they don't change. I "Think" they are Chest and boots this time? You can not get to top level with just IB gear. You need 2 IB and 2 raid pieces OR 2 IB 1 exotic and 1 raid OR 1 IB, 2 raid and 1 exotic.
