I can understand that , but in the cases I see this is not what has happened, (and the same with the other reposnses I have got). The grenade literally goes off at the enemies feet. For any other grenade you would count that as a dead on shot and get full damage/a kill, depending on the grenade. Axions bolts just seem to do nothing at this range and take off a smidgen of damage (seriously a bolt that should hit for 120 hits for 2!) thias seems to be wrong and I am now adamant that this is a glitch.
