From someone who works in software and high tech, he is doing an excellent job - one of the best I've seen.
Not getting everything you want? You shouldn't be surprised, bungie will prioritize what is "game breaking" not "inconveniences".

DeeJ doesn't work on the game. He isn't supposed to fix things for us, he's supposed to communicate what's being fixed and worked on and bring our ideas to Bungie. Maybe he is, maybe he isn't. Problem is that he never posts anything acknowledging what he is bringing to the table on our behalf. The weekly updates seem to be written like a PR scam saying how peachy everything is, the community focus groups answers always seems to be written for them, and he never posts in the forums. This is the biggest issue. What kind of community manager never posts on his own forums? The community sucks but if he took more time responding to us heads would begin to cool and it would get better. I firmly believe that. Right now everyone lashes out because nothing is said, either negative or positive. No moderation, no posts from DeeJ. Its a kindergarten class with a substitute teacher where only those who yell loud enough get heard.
