CuckooknightHD should be banned
I'm sick and tired of this crap. People claiming he's just a child and didn't want to cheat. How did he not want to initially cheat? Did you even watch the video? He almost instantly jumps on board, barely a minute goes by and then he proudly announces it to his twitch stream. The 11 year old falsified his info just to get on twitch and destiny online. Psn user agreement requires sub accounts (under 17) to be atleast the minimum age of the game rating, in this case it's T so the minimum age to play online is 13. His psn should've blocked him from accessing online play if he hadn't falsified his info. Twitch also requires a minimum age of 13 to stream. These are both direct violations and should result in a psn ban. Understand the facts before you all start getting on your high horses and supporting this kid. Bungie, why are you ignoring this blatant breaking of your own rules and awarding this kid for his own wrong doing?

Now to the main point, yes the kid was suckered in to attempt a cheat (Curious where you guys where when people posted cheeses left, right an center on here), but what the Kermit guy did was on a whole different level. The kid would have, what shaved a few days of acquiring a weapon? Which would have affected no one, Kermit was stalking the net looking for someone to -blam!- over, he went out is he's way to hurt someone, the kid lost probably 3- 5 months work. The punishment he got was much sever than what he was going to do and you want him to be punished further? That called being heartless my friend "You stole a bar of chocolate, i'm going to chop your arm off, on top of that you going to jail for a year".

1: i really dont care about falsified information, i did that back when i first got my xbox live account when i was fourteen, most of the now adults of my generation did, besides its only a teen rated game not m17+. 2: i really dont think a ban is necessary for that kid considering he got two characters deleted along with his last exotic, that is a crapton of work that was just gone literally within 30 seconds, i dont think anyone deserves that. Well maybe except for kermit considering he has done this MORE THAN ONCE! 3: ya the cheat was suggested but the way i heard him say "sure" sounded like genuine curiosity, obviously someone shouldve taught the kid to NEVER share his info and accounts with ANYONE, so i hope he learned a valuble lesson with this incident but my heart goes out to the kid, because again i dont think anybody deserves to hava their stuff wrongfully deleted.

6 回复Seriously??? So when you were a kid you didn't do anything that was below the 'legal' age? Watch an M rated movie, have a smoke behind the school toilets, enjoy a beer with friends? Honestly, of all the stuff kids can get into while they're growing up, playing Destiny is very far down the list of bad things to do.

1 回复What you might not be aware of is this Kermit guy has been doing this for awhile. A friend of mine was in a party chat and someone was talking about the Gjallarhorn so Kermit said I always wanted to try it to see how it is and asked to share play and the kid did because he was on his friends list. He then deleted 2 of his characters!!! Guy is an idiot and kid should never have let it happen but thie Kermit guy has got to go.

I wish he'd make a stream of them banning him on psn, then as he starts to whine, the twitch stream would cut off and we would all smirk knowing that the deed was done. 11 year olds should be outside exploring their surroundings. Not exploring a tiny videogame

I don't agree he should be banned, but he also shouldn't receive anything for it. He fell to pressure instead of just deleting the guy. he learned a life lesson, fortunately just in a video game. Everyone should just move on and let it fade from thought.

I don't blame you for accusing his cheating, but you should know that Kirmit persuaded the 11 year old kid to cheat, this resulted for Kirmit to delete his character. But like I said, I don't blame you for accusing the 11 year old to cheat, I used to believe that.

No one has denied his intent to cheat. Even the people who sympathize with him fault him for his intentions and his naivety. You are the only one sitting on a high horse as you read off terms of service and other bs jargon that most people ignore. There are thousands of young kids logging onto destint, cod, battlefield, and plenty of other T or M rated games. The fact that you have to grasp at something that is blatantly overlooked on the daily to try and condemn him is just ridiculous. No one said you have to care or sympathize and you certainly don't have to judge others for doing so.

Agreed he should know better than to give his PSN thing, Quote I have xbone so if I get something wrong calm down. He shouldn't of tried to glitch his characters, their is no possible way to glitch to 32. I know he is young but he should know better than that

3 回复First off if your parents buy the game and allow you to play it then it doesn't matter what psn or bungie say it's up to his parents not them if he plays that's why it also says with parental supervision so stop with that shit already I bet you played M or T rated games at a young age I know I did but my mom bought it and let me play them so it doesn't matter. Second I feel bad for him and it truly does suck for someone being a douche and deleting his stuff because they just wanted too. Third sure he wanted to "cheat" but as we all know it was a lie and even bungie knows that and is why they and so many others are willing to help. So stop being such a stuck up your ass prick to an 11 year old you douche bag.
