Better chance of getting it if you go to the cryptarch on a character that's not a warlock.

Seriously, my Titan, which I've only used as extra vault space, has no play time since the expansion but has a full Molyna set, some multiples of the set, an insurmountable skullfort, and the helm with the horns of light....all received through my Warlock.
