Look, I don't want to start a long conversation about this, that was never my purpose. Asking why does God exist out of time, is like asking why does anything exist at all. Wouldn't it make more sense for nothing to exist?

Without matter there is no time. So a magical person who creates everything wouldn't have the constraints of time. I don't believe in God but that is actual science about how time works.
