Pretty much just that. I know in the IB I was hitting 120s with my lvl 31 Titan and 331 Timurs against lvl 32s. With only 7 rounds it has a fairly good chance of having the bonus damage be useful anywhere it lands. Just two head shots and your fine. It's easily a 5 hit body kill, and I'm pretty sure I've killed enemy's with only two shots without the bonus, but don't take my word on it. But that IB experience, haven't used it enough in regular crucible to provide info for its performance. Also on a side note, I found 3 rare crucible weapons with identical stats to the IB shotgun, pistol and sniper. None have the same perks but it just shows that you can still have a chance to find IB stat weapons that will be almost on par or with them in standard crucible games since levels don't matter.
