Where can we seek refund if we can't accept new EULA?

I've been searching off and on for a few weeks. I purchased the game digitally on Xbox Live, and cannot play the game without accepting the new EULA, and I'm willing to give Bungie a free hand to change or removed promised features anytime they like. (That's what is in the updated EULA: "Bungie may change, modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Program at any time. Bungie may also impose limits on certain features or restrict your access to parts or all of the Program without notice or liability. You have no interest, monetary or otherwise, in any feature or content contained in the Program. ") Accordingly, the following line in the EULA promises me that I am entitled to a refund: "If any future changes to this Agreement are unacceptable to you or cause you to no longer be in compliance with this Agreement, you may terminate this Agreement and receive a refund in accordance with this Agreement." I've already contacted Microsoft support which confirmed that they cannot provide a refund (or credit) for any purchased digital content, and that only Bungie and/or Activision is responsible for the promises made in their EULA. I haven't been able to find any phone/chat/e-mail support from either Activision or Bungie. (In fact, the help link on Bungie's website for contacting support hasn't been updated in nearly 3 years!) Does anyone know how we can request this refund from Bungie/Activision according to the terms of the EULA? Thanks in advance!
