Id like to see a hunter void super that allows them to have super speed that kills everyone in their path, they could also run on walls and stuff like ninjas. A cool titan super would look like radiance but really bright and the flames would cause DoT to all enemies they would look like a giant burning sun that would disorient people. I dont know about a warlock but i imagine it would be something with lightning.
