CE - Swordbearer
We were running Crota last night and on at least 2 separate occasions we would kill the swordbearer and his sword would disappear. This usually happened on the 3rd or 4th sword when we would need just one more round with the sword to take Crota down. When it would happen the chalice would also drop and have to be picked up again.

We work hard to get through Bungie's lame and unfair way of making it hard (enemies 1 lvl higher than us) only to get screwed by bugs and glitches.
