Fans of the Vanquisher 8
First off, I just want too say I'm a big New Monarchy weapons and shaders fan. I have two of their shaders, and all the weapons except the rocket launcher, and the red hand unfortunately. Still waiting on the ship though, but I have plenty more ranks too burn through. Anyways, too the point. I was curious as to how many people prefer the V8 over other legendary Auto Rifles. I bought the one that the vendor sells, and honestly it wasent too hot.. But last weeks nightfall, I got another Vanquisher, this time with a stability perk, field scout, and third eye. It's pretty sweet! It now has a 42 round magazine, and the stability and radar perks really make a fine finish for this gun. What Perk rolls did you get for your Vanquisher?
Months later, I now have everything except the ship. One day, my friends. One day.

6 回复It was the best PvP weapon before the AR nerf. Still have mine, in case ARs getting buffed again.

1 回复I dismantled mine last night. It had a crappy roll and no field scout, and since we can't reforge the older weapons it was doomed to mediocrity forever. Not a fan of the new auto rifle NM has so RIP Vanquisher. I wish they would have kept a new version like they did with the Red Hand. The Queen's auto rifle is basically a Vanquisher that can be reforged, so it's a solid replacement. New Monarchy has been good to me though. Drops I've gotten: - Red Hand IX (old version) - Red Hand IX (new version) - Vanquisher - Crusader - Purifier x2 - Prudence II - Admonisher (new version) - Pacifier X (new machine gun) - Amalthea shader x3 - Themisto shader x2 - The Visible Hand ship - Misc armor pieces - Emblems All that and I'm just shy of Rank 30

2 回复Got mine the night before HoW went live and I love it. I have up for anything fully upgraded and vanquisher still kicks it's butt. Just wish I had field scout on it.

I bought the vendor one and it's big downfall is the lack of field scout. Even with the fast reloading it's just too much break in the action. So having that perk should make it a fun weapon as much as auto rifles can be nowadays.

1 回复Field scout makes this gun awesome! I have one I got from the nightfall and I use it in iron banner. Even with the AR nerf it still shreds
