Thx for sharing this great article. The issues have been there for a while. Threads have been posted about these issues for a while.
We enjoy playing this game. We are even addicted to it. But something just doesn't click together. The repetitiveness and lack of content are mind boggling.

Like many have said, part of the burn-out is on us. We're the ones playing, regardless of the addiction-by-design structure of Destiny. And very few games can realistically hold up to hundreds and hundreds of PvE hours. But the ones that do focus on how much fun the act of playing is, not how much you want or need a piece of gear.

True good point. The main reason why I haven't burnt out is I unintentionally paced myself. I just didn't have time. So I'm still enjoying it. And isn't tired of grinding, since I have the most fun from killing cabal with headshots.
