Another NitC
I think I got it in a vanguard package I found at the Postmaster. Not sure when I actually leveled up, but it's a TDB legendary.
It's got solid base stats, ridiculous stability, and the rodeo (more stability) and firefly perks. I'll probably go with single point sling over hammer forged (I've got radiant dance machines and want to see how fast I can get while ADS), but that's situational.
TL;DR: Another NitC is a solid scout that you can manually fire as fast as VoC auto-fires with no impact to accuracy. And heads will explode.

Btw, Radiant Dance Machines are exotic hunter boots that give you faster movement while aiming down sights. They're super ugly, but at this point I'm just messing around with loadouts. I bet that, if the NitC speed perk stacks, my hunter will be able to move as quickly while aiming as other classes do normally. Should be interesting.
