Slower charge rate, less damage than a Fusion rifle, more than a Scout Rifle or Pulse Rifle, but again slower fire rate than them. It would me a medium weapon and an interesting one to use. And the Crucible is broken in a thousand different ways if you ask a thousand different people. *shrugs* Can't please everybody. For example, I mean, I absolutely hate shotguns and believe they should be banned from use in the Crucible.
