I actually had a similar experience with an lfg pug. The little kid ran sword and me and him were the only people that knew Wtf to do and we were the only people talking/ communicating the whole time.. After a few failed attempts he went to orbit and the the whole team was just completely lost so after a couple more trys I left as well. Can't be quick to judge.
