I actually like Thorn better. My Warlock (fav) will stick with Thorn. Hunter (second) has The Last Word. And once my Titan is levels I'll problably just give Hawkmoon to him. Only good thing is the Magazine size. But hey. It all comes down to the user. Good luck

what would make Hawkmoon better (IMO) is if it had Perfect Balance. Then i would like it a lot more. But when upgraded, Thorn has considerably higher Stability and Rate of Fire. And I just love that damage over time on Thorn. (Even better than massive concentrated damage)

Yeah, but what about the three bullets. Hawkmoon has like 10 in each (just a guess) so if your in crucible, you can get two shot kills every other couple of times. I don't know. Never used either before, but Hawkmoon just looks much better. Also, the thorns damage over time is only 3 each pulse, not anything amazing
