Do you even lift?

I do. 5-6 days a week, in fact. I'm not a meathead or anything, but it doesn't hurt to lift a weight, that's for sure. Of course, you've got to fit in cardio as well, so I do sprints 3-4 days a week. What about you, do you workout, or are you a couch potato?[spoiler]Since this is a workout thread, I assume stats are supposed to be posted? Stats: 6'2" 165 lbs Bench: 170 (broke thumb recently) Squat: 275 I don't track the rest in my head.[/spoiler][spoiler]100 replies of either trolling or legitimate responses![/spoiler]
