Logged in - The only 2 Characters/Profiles on my account are gone! Immediately tried both a normal system reset (XBOX button off, XBOX button on) and a hard reset (XBOX button off - unplug power cord for 10 seconds, plugged in again, waited 10 seconds, XBOX button on) and still nothing. Can I please hear an explanation or receive guidance as to how to retrieve my Warlock and Titan classes (2 Characters/Profiles) back... please. And thank you
