Ok so here's a poll of a battle Between Destiny's greatest warriors vs Halo's greatest warriors. Being a Halo and Destiny fan I wondered who would win. I'd really like to hear what everyone else thinks Vote and comment who you chose and why. Let's say these Spartans have the abilities from Halo 5. And to be fair in weapons I kept it to both sides only having true primary and secondary weapons. Please read both sides weapons and History.
-SPARTAN 1- Battle rifle and Pistol.
-SPARTAN 2- Sniper Rifle and Pistol.
-SPARTAN 3- Shotgun and Pistol.
-GUARDIAN 1- Red Death and Basic Hand Cannon. -Titan-
-GUARDIAN 2- Black Hammer and Basic Hand Cannon -Hunter-
-GUARDIAN 3- Murmur and Basic Hand Cannon -Warlock-
—GUARDIANS—
•The Guardians are the player characters of Destiny. They are a standing army of specialized soldiers tasked with the defense of the last city on Earth.[1] They are also responsible for exploring the remnants of human society abandoned throughout the solar system and investigating the remains of their Golden Age of exploration.
•Guardians wage a vicious armed conflict against a myriad of extraterrestrial species who pose an immediate threat to the survival of humanity.[1] The greatest source of the Guardian's power lies in their ability to harness the energy of The Traveler and use it as a weapon against their opponents.[1] Guardians also have access to a Ghost, an artificially intelligent flying robot that can assist the Guardian in tactical situations.[2][3]
—SPARTANS—
•Spartan is the term used to describe members of several supersoldier programs instituted by the UNSC at various times, named after the Ancient Greek warriors of Sparta.
•The Spartans' fierce reputation resulted from their legendary training, which began at the age of 6. Dr. Halsey planned to recreate a training system similar to the Spartans' in order to create the ultimate warrior. Spartan culture was based primarily on warfare, destroying newborns unable to meet strength and fitness requirements. Although considered barbaric during the modern era, Dr. Halsey arranged similar demands.

Edit: Getting great feedback for the Spartans which makes it seem one sided. We need the Guardian side to get some good explanations why they would win!

Spartans die from guardians all the time if you ever die in Halo 3 (not sure if it happens in 4 also) it tells you that you died bye the guardians

由saber569編輯: 1/14/2015 8:58:30 AMI have to go with guardians as long as there up against Spartan fours. You should state which version of Spartans. There are some big difference between twos, threes and fours.

Or the Spartans can stealth kill them all through camo, see them revive, kill them again, an crush the ghosts I their hands.

For everyone saying supers allow guardians the upper hand I will got though this. Fist of Havoc: Spartan's could easily run out of the way, seeing as the can run at about 35 mph Nova Bomb: Same as FoH Bubble: Spartans don't need to go in it. Gunslinger: A guardian would need to be able to hit the Spartan, let alone the fact a spartan could kill them before they shot, or just hide away as they were trained it stealth and covert ops. Blade dancer: A spartan could easily wrestle a Bladedancer down, taking their at blade or throwing it out of their grasp. Also, they could outrun them. Sunsingers: Most this does is a revival, may be able to sticky, but Spartans reaction times are quick enough to be able to dodge them.

Well let's see 3 Spartans survive a fist of havoc and void bomb at the same time. Even if they do an invisible blade dancer would wreck them. Lol guardians. And I'm a huge halo fan. Or was until 4.

If these "Guardians" let enemies as easy as the Fallen and Hive push them back to one last city, we know the answer.

The things a squad of Spartan-IIs would do to a fireteam of guardians... It's not pretty. I see it being almost no contest. Spartans are just superior soldiers, except for the being resurrected from the dead. But then again... Spartans never die in the first place.
-
It depends which Spartan for each weapon. If your putting Linda-058 on the sniper it's game over for the guardians.
-
Also if you wanted to go with specific Guardians/Spartans, why not make it the Vanguard vs Blue Team-Chief, Kelly, Linda
-
I think Spartans could handle a trio of Guardians fairly easily. Spartans have trained together since day one so they know exactly how the others work. They can also communicate with extremely subtle gestures. Not to mention their enhanced speed, reflexes, and strength. Guardians to have light powers but against three Spartans all working in perfect unison they'd be heavily outmatched, strategically and physically.
-
Guardians easily. Everyone is missing 1 simple fact. The ghost can revive a dead guardian. Eventually the guardians would overtake the Spartans. The supers would work eventually.
-
Even if the guardian's were level 99 they still wouldn't stand a chance. Hold that thought though. That's like a few DLC's and 100 something bucks from now till we know for sure.
Spartans would win. You don't need a super when you're a super soldier
I saw the same post on /r/whowouldwin, and someone in that thread convinced me Spartan's would win based purely on reaction times alone. Their reaction times could not be accurately measured, but were estimated at 20 milliseconds, and are further boosted when in combat. Stack that with a running speed of something like 30-35 mph, and 65 mph if they're willing to risk tendons, and I just don't even see how guardians could hit them with supers outside of a gunslinger super. That all said, you didn't set a playing field/starting points for either party. The way people typically make it fair is to set up multiple scenarios that test out each feat. of either party. So based purely on feats. I'm going with Spartans.
