I was a lucky scrub in the crucible on week three when I got this fantastic weapon. After seeing first hand what it could do I immediately wanted all my friends to obtain one and surprised them all when I stated I wanted xur to sell it. Then I started thinking and it was during this thought process that I came to the same conclusion as yourself. Bungie would have no choice but to do something to stop how easy the game would become. It is a difficult topic. On the one hand I hate the culture of wanting to be the only one with the cool gear to show off to my friends. But if everyone had this one weapon then the game would become a joke. Just my and my friend alone can kill atheon in 2 times vengeance already
