Try and list [b][u]ALL DOWN SERVERS[/u][/b] For [b]BOTH[/b] PS3,PS4,Xbox 360, Xbox One List what state you live in, and say if it's down or not, for example Washington State: Xbox One Servers are down (Not sure about PS4).
