Your worst RNG moment?
Hey guys! I decided to start a thread and see what everyone's worst moment was when dealing with RNG?
[b]Mine:[/b] Spent half an hour farming glimmer that i needed to upgrade my Heart of the Praxic Fire to 2.0. Then broke down a Patience and Time to get an exotic shard, and i bought the upgrade. Then went and immediately did the nightfall, and what do you think my roll was at the end? Heart of the Praxic Fire 2.0..........

Edit: Looks like we've hit 1,000+ replies! I don't know if that's a good thing or a depressingly sad thing that we've all had such terrible luck. Lol either way, keep em comin' guys!
Edit: Wow! 2,000+ replies! Judging from the number of replies to my thread about your "best RNG moment," i'd say we all have more bad luck than good with this game. Lol

1 回覆So it started out as a normal homeless day, looking for spare change in the crucible to go buy some candy from the guardians because they have a festival or something going on but whatever. When I was in said crucible I got 7 strange coins and someone said I can buy stuff from a drug/exotic/house dealer that is at the guardians tower so I went to the tower casually cuz y'know and bought something called three of coins and went back to my ship I used one and as soon as I did three guardians burst through my front door and proceeded to attempt to murder me but I slaughtered each with 1 shot from my scorch cannon with solar burn on and I got an exotic engram so I took to said tower and asked what kind of engram like armor or weapon or whatever and he said it's a house or primary exotic engram. my jimmies were immediately rustled and I decrypted it right then and there I then got the khvostov all burn 1 shot any raid boss genie in a bottle 9999999999 damage but still no house ); like if u cri evry tiem

After ttk dropped, up until last week idk what God I pissed off but I literally got nothing but strange coins..... Not bitching about that but like as a beta player I had a crazy pile of them already and this kinda threw everything over the edge -.- seeing my friends get telesto, supercell, hereafter..... Nope I got coins

So far I've picked up 30 crests of alpha lupi. There's probably a reason I've deleted them all... oh, because there are better ways to use the exotic slot... that's right. If I wanted it, I would've bought it from xur, or yknow, not have deleted them. Sure wish that they'd get that smart loot system up and running, because I'm tired of getting things that I've already gotten, especially if they're gonna keep dropping and decoding to lower stats than what I'm already wearing. #TheFailIsStrongWithBungie

2nd week of TtK xur was here, bought some three of coins, farmed strikes and got two chest engrams. Turned them in and got voidfang vestments and crest for hunter, next day ran nightfall got another voidfang, did crucible bounties and got voidfang and yes [spoiler]another voidfang [/spoiler] Rip

1 回覆I just finished kings fall on my hunter, worst run yet. The only hard drop i got was 310 boots from oryx... got fusion rifle, arms, sniper and normal boots but theyre all useless. One hard mode drop... it hurts
