Return of the Queen?
I hate Crucible and Iron Banner with a passion. I'm terrible at both and don't have even the slightest bit of fun doing either, even when I do managed to make a kill (a "social game" where you kill other people lol).
I didn't have any PSN friends when the Queen first sent her missions to the tower and couldn't do any of them. But now I have friends, and we're all bored of the tedious grind of a few strikes and the few raids we can do a week.
Please for the love of the game, bring back the Queen so there is something to do and a few new items to collect. (I'm looking at you Supremacy).

I see Iron Banner is coming back again. Meanwhile, in PvE The crickets chirp... The tumbleweed rolls... And I play less and less... I wonder if one player matters to Bungie... Pleeeeeease bring back the Queen, or something different for PvE.

2 回覆VandalHeart, As I recall from the time the Queen's return was slated for the New Year ostensibly because the entire Queens Wrath event needed an entire overhaul. I imagine that with the arrival of Eris that they will be reviewing the response by players to the new story/bounty hyrbid that they have developed to address our concerns with lack of story and will use that information to inform the next iteration of Queen's Wrath. Presumably as well the new Queens armor and weapons will be leveled to cap at 30/31/32 so that they can be effective sidegrades for higher level players as per the changes to Iron Banner. The Queens Wrath is also most likely going to be part of a major build up towards House of Wolves which hopefully means in the New Year the Queen will return and it will presage an unfolding story leading inextricably into the history and story of the reef and its relationship to the fallen. In the mean time as someone who does not like Crucible I would appreciate it if you took a moment to look at the following. Well at least you admitted you were/are not the best at crucible and I agree, I enjoyed doing the queens missions. Sure they were repeats and the bounties were a pain in the arse but they were challenging and perhaps more rewarding than the daily

IB and queen and whatever other special events should have max light lvl armor. Just make it hard to earn it. Sucks walking around destiny looking like a bunch of clones. We need more customization options. If the events don't offer armor that's on par with raid armor then why would I invest any time into them at all? Spoiler: I wouldn't.

2 回覆Yeah would love to see new queen armor skins too. Same old stuff with a ugly paint job is terrible. IB got some nice custom armor. Let the queen have hers too. Must be to level 31 (new vendor max). This would keep it on par with IB and the old queen missions that had legendary gear at vendor max. Bumped!

4 回覆Oh, and a reforging option like Iron Banner had would be awesome. Imagine having a VoC or Vex with arc and void. A Corrective Measure with solar or arc. Gjallarhorn with an expect to find more ammo perk. It would give Motes of Light a use. I have over 200 because I don't think they have a use anymore. (Speaker items don't count, they don't do anything bar cosmetic changes). So many little things that have already been done (but in limited time), and so many little things that could be easily implemented, that would greatly increase Destiny's replayability. If you want any more ideas, let me know haha ;P Open this game up and let us loose! Let us play! Let us "Become Legend"!!! XD

1 回覆Oh c'mon, do you realize the queen's bounty are just a few bountys you can do alone, and the queen mission is just a normal mission with a crap legendary in return(only helmeth or chest, don't give you +30 light, and dismantle in crap normal itens)... if you need legenday so, ok go for it, if not go to strikes list, you're losing nothing...

Thanks Deej for answering I don't like crucible either and was disappointed when I read there was to be yet another IB with the dlc Destiny does seem to favour pvp and feel pve gets forgotten, therefore another Queens event would be most welcome I think there are many destiny players who would also welcome this too

Is it just me or was the queen's event more of a "beta" for something bigger that would come later? it felt incomplete, and seems likely to tie in with House of Wolves over anything else. I really don't expect to see it until HoW.
