I didn't earn my TLW...I found it. In a chest. In the VoG. RNG boys. But congrats to you guys for getting it from xur!!! Now I can save my coins.

I've read a few ppl saying they got theirs from VOG and my friend also got it when we were doing the raid a couple of weeks ago when we opened one of the chests.
