ERROR CODE: BUDGIE

Since the most recent update I have not been able to log into Destiny. It goes without saying that I am rather annoyed at the fact that I just recently purchased the season pass and cannot even play (yes I am aware no season pass content has been released as of yet). Not to mention the fact that in game incentives and rewards are based on being active and playing the game consistently and I cannot do so, not of my own fault. When attempting to connect to Destiny servers after pressing "A" (my system is the Xbox One) on the main title screen, the little icon on the bottom left screen with the words "connecting" keep running. I have left this process going for up to thirty minutes and the game never connects and making it unable for me to select my Guardian. If I hit "B" to back out, I then receive the following RED EXCLAMATION message: "[b]ATTENTION You must be signed into a profile to play Destiny. For more information, visit help.bungie.net and search for error code: budgie[/b]" [u]Two things:[/u] 1) I am signed into a profile and CAN play ANY of my other games without messing with my profile in any manor on my Xbox One. 2) I have gone to the help.bungie.net web address and have found nothing to help with the error code BUDGIE. If there is anyone out there who can help me solve this problem please feel free to offer any advice. I cannot understand why there is an error code reference name but no listed resolutions to fix the said error code. Kind of feeling like the error code system is random and inadequate and in the end holds no merit or meaning.
