How arrogant is it of white Christians to assume that the supposed "supreme being" (and his son) that created man is white? There are more non-white people in the world than there are white people.

Yeah, actually. If you're talking about the caucasoid skull, that can show up with several different skin colors. If you're talking about white skin, you can find that (natively) as far south as Northern Africa. Even if you're calling it blonde hair and blue eyed, you can still find examples of that in the middle east and Asia. I'm not saying this gives any weight to claims that Jesus was white (I'm inclined to believe that he actually didn't exist as a person), just that your reasoning for why he wasn't isn't the best.
