havent tried a faction yet but i noticed dead orbit doesnt have that AR it had anymore. so i am assuming the entire weapon stock rotates very slowly like the Speaker's. but then i noticed there is no timer on the stock rotation for factions but theres one for the speaker so i want the weapon New Monarchy is selling but im afraid the stock will rotate into something i dont want before i reach rank 3
