Recently I've been getting this error code within minutes after I start my game. For my level 16 hunter it happens either while I'm going from orbit to land onto another planet or while I'm in the middle of a firefight typically while I'm aiming through my scope. I started a couple new characters thinking maybe it was just that save file that got corrupted but with them, I can't even make it through the tutorial without a crash. The crazy thing about these crashes is that the entire screen will turn into some random mosaic like I'm stuck in that 90's movie Hackers or something. Then after a few minutes of staring at what used to be a recognizable screen the error code pops up and I'm sending yet another error report that I know will only get ignored. Has anyone else had this problem or maybe even found a fix? I've already exhausted the troubleshoot options given by Sony to relieve this issue and none of them have worked. The only other thing I can think to try is to delete all of my save files and initialize again, but that's assuming my ps4 has the ability to corrupt the save files within the Bungie Server.
