Dude, you put 200 hours into this game, I think you got your $ worth. You have a great point about iron banner being a lie, but grow up, you dont have to threaten to drop support to get your point across

It kind of is tho...games I hate, I stoo playing. ..ive never put so many haours into a game since bioshock..the level of detail to each mission is so good, they wrre very upfront with the esoteric story and promises if more to come. I feel like any one who was mislead needs to maybe do some research if a game will upset you so much...all the info was there

No. Bungie was not upfront with how lackluster the campaign is. Esoteric is NOT what the story presented in Destiny is. Anemic is a better term. Gameplay is buttery smooth; the best I've ever played, but I can hardly think of a story with such poor presentation that I've played.

Im sorry but were the ads misleading? Maybe. But a week before hand every major nerd news network from nerdist to machinma had reports of a short story. Titanfall had none at all. Neither did halo 1 for that matter. There is a lot there if you are willing to look. If thats not your thing thats fine, but to admonish the creators, feel ripped off, or say there is nothing there is going a bit far and being a bit naive

Length of story is not the complete issue. A masterful short story that set up a wider world is not a bad thing. Destiny is not a masterful bit of storytelling. Its mastery shows in other areas (music, gunplay, art style).

Threatening to drop support is literally the only way to get my point across, this isn't just Bungie you're dealing with anymore there are greater forces at work shaping Destiny in a completely alternate direction than the project originally set out to create. I paid for the game I saw trailers for and have been duped like most others that bought this game at full price. I will not be buying anything extra for this game and yes I've put 200 hours in to justify my purchase.

Not to be combative, im genuinely curious what games you've gotten more out of? I felt ripped off by resident evil 6 and played less than 30hrs before I returned it. The story was a bit short, but I always understood it to be a work in progress, and I feel like I absolutely got 60 paltry bucks worth so far

I read what he said and agreed with the iron banner being a lie....I just get tired of people crying, we all got more out of this game than any other except mmo's if that your thing. I bought the dlc at launch, paid 90 for the whole thing, and didnt have to leave my room. I think bungies biggest mistake was just underestimating how hardcore we were all going to be
