Military and Veteran Guardians
Just curious how many of us are going to be playing Destiny. 37 year old Army vet here -- former 35 series. Playing as Awoken Warlock. Started a PS4 clan called "House of the Risen" with some fellow student veterans at the University of Arizona if anyone is clanless. PSN name is same as here (jthom999).
Edit: Good to see so many of us on here! I'm not a huge gamer, but I'm going to play the crap out of this one. Don't be too surprised to see my name pop up in your friend requests come September!
Edit: I started an alliance called "Military and Veterans", if we want to align our clans. PM me a link to your clan if you want me to invite you to the alliance. I've been inviting clans to the alliance, but this system isn't exactly intuitive for me, so I don't know if you're seeing what I'm intending on your end.
Edit: Looks like they finally got the Alliance inviting crap squared away. Went back and invited all the mil/vet clans that I could find in this thread to the "Military and Veteran Alliance".

92Y3S U.S. Army Veteran. I have been playing this game since Alpha. Since then, I have played with many players but could never find a steady group to play with. I have done everything you can do in this game, but I love crucible with a group of like minded folks, strategizing to win. If there are any serious clans put there with folks that are mature, I would be interested in joining.

I am former US ARMY Active duty. 11B 3rd ID. I am a very active player and all of my characters are level 34. I have a hard time trying to find people on that want to run normal raids, specifically normal Crota. I lack the Hunger of Crota and that is it. I enjoy running anything and helping out others isnt an issue for me at all. I'm not that good at trials , so ask at your own risk...lol. I love playing this game, but it just burns me out doing it alone.

Our clan has grown significantly over the months, having as many as 70+ members in our unit. Activity is high, with members gathering together through our group wall, doing nightly raids, nightfall strikes, teaming up for Clash/Control, weeklys and daily heroics. We conduct organized Raid parties while also helping younger leveled characters of our unit grow by joining their fireteams to help them find that exotic in crucible, or that shard from events or heroic. 1 回覆Looking to build a solid team 8-10 that would like to do weekly heroic, nightfall, raid and than do the iron banner and crucible on weekly bases. I'm a military member and would like similar members with similar interests to join this clan. Here's the schedule if you like to join: Tue: weekly heroic, nightfall, raid normal Wed: raid hard for all three characters Thurs: finish raid if needed and do iron banner and cruicible.
